LOCATION
We are wonderfully located on a large tree lined block alongside the dunes with direct access to the wide sandy expanse of Ocean Grove's Eastern Beach. We are just behind the family friendly Ocean Grove Hotel which offers excellent dining and entertainment options. The Marketplace shopping centre and the Terrace shopping strip are just minutes away.
ATTRACTIONS
We are just 10 minutes away from the Adventure Park (Victoria's Biggest Theme Park) and 25 minutes away from the start of the Great Ocean Road in Torquay. Great wineries, golf, fishing and other attractions are available across the Bellarine Peninsula and easily accessed from our facility.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
Generally check-in times are from 2pm [3pm during peak season] and check out times are before 10am. We do offer early check in and late checkout at no extra cost whenever we can accommodate this.
RATES
Two night stays in our Holiday Cabins start at $240.00 for up to two guests in the main bedroom midweek during low season. Peak rates are applicable during summer and school holidays, long weekends and other popular times. One night stays are available throughout most of the year and minimum stays apply during all peak times. Peak Times include - Christmas/January, Easter, Long Weekends.
CANCELLATIONS
During peak times all accommodation must be prepaid and no cancellations or refunds are allowed. Outside of peak times, we take payment as close to your booking date as possible to ensure your visit will proceed as planned. Off peak cancellations will incur a minimum cancellation fee of the first night's booking charge if cancelled 14 days or longer before your stay, or the whole amount otherwise. We suggest that you consider appropriate travel insurance that may cover you in case your circumstances may change.
MEDIUM AND LONGER TERM STAYS AVAILABLE
As well as offering short stays, we can cater for medium and longer term stays, from two months or longer.
